No files wen i syncronize from my windows media player it says sycronizing complete but then wen i turn it on it says NO FILES

I cant put music from my media gallery on the Zen


You need a music syncronizer.I would suggest Red Kawa,or you can get a free one off of the internet.Download it and see if it works,if it does yay.If not I have no idea.Hope it helped.

My Coby MP600 will not play video


well when i used coby media manager it had a video converter in the video option on the side.i had to register my coby before the software use with its serial # on a sticker located on the back of the device! then i simply used the sycronize feature in the video option on the coby with a video preferbly avi files or others and right click syncronize and it should convert it and then transfer!

Limewire 5.0 sucks!


There are several things that I can see that might be driving your mp3 player haywire:
A) About 1/3 of Limewire songs contained some type of writing in the "Comments" section of the songs' ID3 Tags before version 5 - it may be up to 100% now, and your player obviously doesn't like it. This is going to be a real bear, but I would take one of the songs you just downloaded, open it in Windows Media Player, and right-click the song title within Windows Media Player. Select "Advanced Tag Editor," and delete any writing that appears in the "Comments" section of the ID3 tag. Then try transferring that song to your player and see if it plays correctly. If it does, repeat with all of the songs you just downloaded. It will take you forever.

B) If you use iTunes to transfer songs to your mp3 player, version 5 will not work with iTunes - it simply pastes a data file into iTunes which is not the actual song, so it may appear to transfer correctly, but in fact you have not transferred the actual song file. Use Windows Media Player to transfer instead.

C) The bitrate on songs in version 5 is higher - most mp3 players have a maximum bit rate that they can handle, and ver. 5 might exceed this upper limit. The solution would be to convert all of your mp3 files to a lower bit rate using free software such as Media Monkey.

Without dragging this explanation out any longer, I think your best solution would be to revert back to Ver. 4.1 or so.

Deleting files from Hard Drive but to keep on my Sony WAlkman


Hi.
When you have connected your hard drive you were playing in your Windows Media Player? When you were ask that the media will syncronize the hd drive you have connected you choose the option yes. meaning every time you delete files or shared files from your WMP it automatically delete all files you shared. When are going to add files to your WMP select File option then select add folders or files from your walkman. After doing so, your files will be added only when your walkman is connected. If not it will not be read by the system.

Files will not added to the system volume but its only shared. if the one that is being shared is not present in the system it will not be accessed.

Regardless of Model the PC wil recognized it if it was supported by the system. If you dont want these files added in your system every time you need to play those files you have to connect your external hard drive.

Loading Music
You can transfer music from your computer to the Sansa player using the dragand-
drop method or using music managing software like Windows Media Player.
Drag and Drop
Follow these steps to drag-and-drop music to your Sansa e200 player:
1. Connect your Sansa e200 player to your computer.
2. Select Open device to view files using Windows Explorer on
initial connection.
3. Double-click on Sansa device.
4. Double-click on the MUSIC folder.
5. Drag and drop music files from your computer to My
Computer\Sansa e200\...\MUSIC.
Windows Media Player
Before you can create playlist and transfer (or synchronize) them to your
Sansa player, you need to show Windows Media Player where your songs are
located.

1. To add music files to WMP 11’s library, please follow these steps:

MP4 player crash


I have a mp3 and video player with touchpad control Model no..(MP-C70950) Manufactured by COBY. It was working fine. Now when i turn it on,screen shows File Sys Err. I tried to format and reset it. But i can not sycronize the media player files in it.

My MP3 Player stops midway while downloading files


There are two ways to format an Mp3 player - one on the computer itself, and one in Windows Media Player. Both methods will end up erasing all the songs on the player, but the player will be "good as new" after that. Sometimes reformatting in this manner will override the player's native formatting and cause problems - this can be reversed in most cases by updating the player's firmware. Firmware upgrades are available from most manufacturers' websites.

WARNING: The following procedures will erase all songs on the player.

Check if the file system is NTFS. If yes, format it to FAT or FAT32. - Connect player to computer, double-click my computer, right click on icon of mp3 player and select format. This only applies to Windows-based computers.
You can also format the player in Windows Media Player itself:
Connect your Mp3 player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "name of Mp3 player here 1GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything.

Ilo mp3 player issue


Your ilo should've come with a disc. That disc should install windows media for you. You can't put music onto it without windows media.

Can't play music


Hi there. "Syncronize to continue your music subscription" is normally an indicator of the following causes, depending on the source and type of the music that you have on your M240: (1) If your music files came from a subscription music service provider (Napster,Yahoo, Rhapsody for example): This would mean that the licenses for these subscription songs need to be updated. They must be updated at least once every 30 days. You must use your subscription music service's software to resync the songs (the process varies depending on the service). Also, you would get that "sync" notice if you've cancelled your subscription. (2) If your music files were ripped from an audio CD: The best solution would be to once again "Rip" these audio CD files using Windows Media Player, version 10 or 11. Before ripping, ensure that the "Copy Protect Music" option is unchecked by going to Windows Media Player's "Tools", then "Options", then selecting the "Rip Music" tab. If all else fails, the best "last resort" would be by setting the M240 to MSC mode and formatting it in Windows Explorer or "Disk Management" I hope this proves useful. I know it's quite a bummer when you have a whole bunch of songs just sitting in your player with a "Sync" error.
