Question about HP PSC 1510 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I think we were talking about the printer on/off switch, not the computer. I have one with the same problem. I've tried unplugging the power cable and holding in the power button for 10-15 seconds, which has worked successfully with other models to discharge capacitors. However, nothing seems to work with this one.

You shouldn`t actually turn off computers whith their power button always just click start or on you windows icon in the bottom left corner then click shutdown
