My psp 3001 is running version 6.20 please help me to get games on my memory stick cause right now it only runs umd, please help me to be able to get games on sd

there is still no os modifier yet available for psp 3001..

This is not reversable without a pandora battery and a magic memory stick, the pandora battery is a modified battery that lets your psp boot from a special memory stick (magic memory stick) into service mode, from there you're able to reflash your psp to a custom firmware, this needs also to be on that memory stick, since your not able to use USB or Wifi in the service mode.

You've flashed your psp with official Sony
firmware, this lets you play only games that are bought from PSN and does also only run games
from UMD.

HELLO! There's no need to downgrade ur PSP. If u have upgraded ur PSP from the official site and a official firmware has been installed on to ur PSP, it won't execute games(ISO,CSO) from ur memory stick. It will only run games from the UMD. If u want to run ur games from a memory stick u have to install a CUSTOM FIRMWARE. Try www.psp-hacks.com these guys have many softwares on their site. Dont worry its not that hard to put a Custom firmware onto ur PSP.

If your psp is not able to read the games in the Sony memory, then you might have probably updated your psp. Check the present version your psp is running on.

Use your umd's rather to play the game.

Someone will have to run the flash program to get you back to M33. Pandora battery and Magic stick with M33 flash on it. Most homebrew and programs will not run on any M33 version above 3.9. New UMD games from sony will have the latest firmware and the children will usually run the firmware upgrade to play the game. It will allow the new UMD to play, but the Sony Firmware will write over the Custom M33 firmware and you will not be able to run the games on your Memory stick.

have u tried updating ur psp, some games only work when the firmware is at the right version
usually the updates are on the UMD, all u have to do is in the game menu scroll down to memory stick and it should X.XX update
click it and run it
if it runs tht was the problem, however, if it says system up to dat, no need for update.. u have a serious problem

Guess I am not sure what your trying to say here. Not to be rude or anything, it is just not clear as to what the problem is. Please revise and we will try and help you out...

the reason the umd wont load is because someone shut the psp off when the game was loading. so whoever did that just messed up your psp. i know cause someone did it to mine now i have to get it fixed or buy a new one. and to get the psp fixed its not guna be cheap.

To run a game (games can't be 'installed') on a PSP just insert the UMD disc into the UMD drive on the back of the portable console.

In some cases you can download game demos and run them off a memory stick.
