yes, telephone your service provider and give them the mobile number and they can fry the sim card and damage the phone, but you may be too late.

Hello, your firmware became corrupt. You need to go to a service center and have the device flashed. It should take only 15 min to flash and should be covered under warranty by the provider or manufacture. If you have no service center near by or its not covered under warranty for whatever reason, check my profile and im sure we can help you.
