Can you be more specific? Is this a piece of software you are trying to load, or are you refering to the operating system gui? do you get any error messages, if so, what are they? Thanks, Mike

Hi there!! Try to download this file from Dell and save it on your desktop: http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/download.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&releaseid=R168684&SystemID=INS_PNT_1501&servicetag=&os=WW1&osl=en&deviceid=13141&devlib=0&typecnt=0&vercnt=4&catid=-1&impid=-1&formatcnt=0&libid=6&typeid=-1&dateid=-1&formatid=-1&source=-1&fileid=229555

Then go to the Device Manager and uninstall your existing Display Adapter Driver. Restart your computer and double click the driver you just download on your desktop. You will be guided on the installation of the driver then you might need to restart the machine to have the settings take effect.

Hope this helps... ^_^

How do i change my router channel

1. Connect the Linksys router to your computer with a Cat5 cable. To do so, connect the Cat5 cable to the LAN port on the back of the modem. Connect the other end of the cable to the Ethernet port on the computer. This allows you to access the Graphic User Interface (GUI) for the router.
2. Launch an Internet browser and enter "192.168.0.1" (without quotes) into the address field. Press "Enter" on the keyboard to load the GUI.
3. Enter "admin" into the username and leave the password blank. Press "Enter" on the keyboard to load the GUI settings. If you have changed the default username and password, enter this information instead of the default.
4. Access the "Wireless" tab and then select your desired channel in the drop-down box net to " Wireless Channel."
5. Click on "Save Settings" to save the router's updated channel settings.

White Screen - Unable to See Desktop GUI.

Two separate problems, sounded like..

White screen? If external video is okay then it's likely (1) a bad screen, or (2) a disconnected video cable.

If the system shuts down, I'd check the fan - if the fan is reasonably clean and running, then it's probably a bad motherboard.

Getplus (r) error and unable to load GUI

That getPLUS error is from the updater that came with an adobe software. try uninstalling it if you find it in Add/Remove Programs and then in mozilla, uninstall or disable any plug-in named getPlus. then don't download getPLUS software anymore.

also, download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.
