SOURCE: Replaced smoked RaidmaxKY-520ATX power supply.

You can actually test the power supply before connecting it to the motherboard. Take a look at the power supply pinout by CLICKING HERE. Jump pin 14 with 13, 15, 16, or 17 to turn it on. You will have to get a manual for your motherboard to see how the front panel connector is configured with your case power switch. If you have that manual you can jump the 2 connector pins for the power switch to test the p/s from the motherboard.

Check engine light came on

What do you mean "can't find code"? If the check engine light is on, there is a fault code stored in your onboard computer - that's the way it works. If you are using a generic OBD code reader, that is most likely the reason you cannot find any codes. You need to use a scanner that has the correct software to access your ENTIRE computer network, not just the "continuous memory" or "generic" side of your computer system.

The window problem is a seperate problem and must be diagnosed accordingly.

Test your power supply unit if the PSU units fans not working its faulty

One bad lead can cause a computer to continue on a cycle or to shutdown or fail to detect your hard drive boot up

Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions,IDE,SATA

the leads from your ((motherboard to your hard drive)) make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty
make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty ?
one bad lead will end with a computer error computer error a computer needs its connections continue its cycle and have an end to function
hope this helps

Tv turns off a second after I turn it on

Just repaired this actual model.
remove the back of the tv. Loof at the circuit board on the left as you face the back of the tv. In the middle there is a diode that burns out. Remove all ov the screws holding this circuit board to the tv. Carefully unplug all of the connections and flip the board over. See that the number on the back side of the board by the burnt diode is d1940. Have the diode replaced by a competent repairman and oberve polarity. put everthing back as you found it and try the tv. You may want to have a fire extiguisher nearby.

Power problem

Please do NOT TRY TO SWITCH ON your comp in same condition again as you would be damaging it further. Its not your power supply alone there EXISTS A SHORT CIRCUIT IN OTHER COMPONENTS as well . The SHORT CIRCUIT Protection circuit of your Power Supply senses this and switches off preventing further damage . Well you could try this - Disconnect power to all the componenets like HDD , CD/DVD , MOTHERBOARD and FDD etc.,. Plug in the AC input power to your Power supply and on the 20 pin connector look for green colored wire and black wire on the same connector and short these 2 wires ONLY with a metal paper clip or a piece of wire , if the fan in the PS works and spins at full speed till you disconnect or remove the short between the two wires (Green and Black) then your PS is Working FINE . Now connect each of the component's power connector only and repeat the same exercise you will be able to identify which component is shorted.

Need schematic diagram, some advice and ultimately replacement parts

You have something in short circuit in power supply pattern, so filter coils are burnt. It may be voltage regulator, or regulating transistor, electrolytic capacitor or even shorted diode at pwr. input serving to protect in case of inverse polarity applied. Check all for short. Was it reverse polarity or overvoltage occured?

I would suggest getting a schematic of the set and using a multimeter looking at the power supply test points to determine what is happening exactly with the power supply.
