Question about Lexmark X5470 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Have an lexmark x5470 and have just bought original replacement ink cartridges. The black went in ok, but the colour one is being rejected with error messages...right ink cartridge missing. Any suggestions?
Try to remove the color cartridge from the printer and manually clean the cartridge nozzles with a damp paper towel. Here's a link to the Lexmark website to guide you on how to manually clean the nozzles http://bit.ly/9wzuAL. If this fails, maybe the cartridge has defective contacts. If this is the case, I suggest you contact Lexmark Technical Support for further assistance. Thanks.

but still theres nothing happens
