Please get DG41/CN/TX motherboards it the best. this is due to fact that it carries a better graphic resolution card, lates technology DDR3 SD RAM ram, etc.

The E5200 would be a nice upgrade. It retails on Newegg.com for 65-69.00 and usually has free shipping. And if you have a compatible motherboard and purchase a nice heatsink, it overclocks very nicely.
If you want to upgrade you unit be sure that the motherboard socket are totally fix with the processor. The compatibility is important because if it is not compatible the motherboard can not support the processor,
