You can easily recover these deleted text messages back for free with a phone data recovery freeware as long as these text messages are not overwritten by any new file:
This phone data recovery freeware will work perfectly on your phone in the same way as it successfully restores all the inaccessible data of my friend from his Samsung phone.
Note: Do not save any new file on this phone before you are ready to restore them back in case of any data loss.
Do not save all the restored text messages on the same phone in case of data recovery failure.
Next time, the important text messages or other crucial files always should be backed up well.

Once you delete them, they are gone forever. There is an application on the Android market that allows you to back up your data. It is called my backup and the icon looks like a life saver. You back up the data to your memory card and then you can recover it again if you decide to.

Call your service provider. They will have record of all texts sent and received. You may need police confirmation to allow them to give you that information.

If you go on to the menu and use the code 5,2 then press 0,1,1 very very quickly (if you dont do it quick enough then it will delete some of your messages) Then you go onto a screen of your deleted messages and you can chose to recover whatever one you want. HOPE IT WORKS :)
