The bottom needle is not able to puncture th K Cup...seems to be bent. What to do?

It sounds like you need the K-Cup holder.

This parts holds the K-cups and has a needle at the bottom.

You can find many replacement parts on eBay.

I have attached a link to one that fits your machine.

Good Luck.

B40 DOES NOT GIVE FULL CUP OF COFFEE

Hi. Check your drain tray and see if the water is being bypassed into it, after making a coffee. If it is then there is a Blockage in the brew unit. (try removing and clean). If there is no bypassing, then you could have a flow meter fault which counts the water amount. Canbe cleaned or just replace. Dazza REPAIRER

I broke the peice that puts water through the coffee basket on a Keurig Elite B40 Coffee Maker where can I buy parts for this?

If you are talking about the K-cup holder that punches the bottom of the k-cups, they usually are not for sale, and you can only find them on ersale sites like Ebay.etc...
you could also go buy a "Keurig My K-Cup Reusable Coffee Filter"
and just use the main grey plastic filter holder... but you will have to puncture the bottom of the k-cups yourself before dropping them into the holder...
You wont need the filter basket or the lid if your using k-cups... just the filter holder...

dont forget to punch a hole in the k-cup first...
