Question about Electric Intermatic T171 24 HOURS 40 AMPS 125 VAC 1 SINGLE ELECTRIC TIMER SWITCH
My Model S8711 older 15 Amp timer has E10894 stamped on the back. When I attach a lamp to it and am gone for a few days, the timer is hot to the touch when I return. Is this an indication that I'm about to have a failure with this device? It is normally attached to a lamp with a 60 watt bulb.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
