All-in-one desktops are not "form-factor" machines. you cannot purchase a 3rd party mobo for an all-in-one, you have to use a mobo from the original manufacturer- an "oem" mobo.

Gray area. Your processor may not be compatible with the specs on the new board.

Hindsight it is always advisable to purchase processor along with your chooen motherboard, suppliers areall to keen to sell and will say "Yes" that should work? and is suitable.

Remember, a lot of sales assistants need sales and not all are professional or computer friendly.

Hi Compaq 323091001 Motherboard failed in my Compaq d330 desktop. What are some suitable replacement motherboards ? Tony

Hate to tell you, but I just searched on my usual sites and I couldn't find a motherboard that would work. Main concerns:
socket 478 (only found two boards with this) ddr memory (no boards with this) intel 865g chipset (again no boards with this)
Last but not least- most likely a non OEM motherboard is not going to fit inside the tower you currently own. Usually HP/Compaq/Dell use odd motherboard mounting screw locations so you cant just put any motherboard in.
You may be better off buying a new PC.

Suitable VGA for my Intel mother board D845GBV

U need to update ur VGA chipset driver as well as ur graphics deriver from http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Product_Filter.aspx?ProductID=889
install & reboot. If still having problem then go to
http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Filter_Results.aspx?strTypes=all&ProductID=889&OSFullname=OS+Independent&lang=eng&strOSs=38
update ur BIOS version, but note this----BIOS upgradation is very risky task, because during update process power failure will result the abortion of ur motherboard. So do it with experts if u are a rookie.

Vga driver

Greetings.
We cannot find any drive that is compatible to your unit unless we can find the brand name of *********** board. In order to find the brand of the motherboard we have to open the system unit, and look at the motherboard itself cause some of the brand name are printed on the board.
Thanks
