Question about Logitech Driving Force Pro (963293) Wheel And Pedals Set
The behavior of your devices does not seems to be " normal behavior ", please check this Logitech FAQ regarding Gran Turismo 4 on PS2:
If you can't solve the problem this way then I suggest you to contact the Logitech support for a replacement this is an hardware failure and it's covered by warranty terms.
If you are not under warranty you still can contact them as I know for instance in Europe they can offer you some good deal on nowadays products.
