You can increase the 'up force' which is a control on the rear of the motor unit near where all those white wires go. You should also remove the cover from the motor unit and check the drive gear. It is a white nylon gear just in front of the motor and may be going bad. If it is it will be obvious.

Likely the cable system in the door is frayed. When that happened to me, I replaced the window winder and it's been fine for years since then.

How to remove inner door panel from a 1979 MGB

The door handle bezel is a two-piece plastic surround that pinches the door panel tight there at the handle. That is the tricky part, push in on the panel and up on the upper half and down on the lower half of the bezels to remove them, as they slide out when pressure in taken off them. The rest of the door panel is 2 screws holding the arm rest on and on in the window crank, then the edges are held in place by hidden snaps - just pry the panel away from the door carefully as close to the clips as you can get. Just feel where the panel is tightest to the door to locate them.

Door panel removal removal mazda 323 coupe

Under the the arm rest should be a couple screws. Remove them and the arm rest. The window roll up handle has a clip behind the base of handle and will need to be poped off. Unscrew the door lock button that you push down to lock it. The panel should now pop off by pying along the edge. There are little clips undernieth that pop out. Reverse the process to replace. I hope this helped, The Raz

I'm trying to remove the headrest on my 2003 mustang front seat.

On the part that you squeeze to raise the head rest is a little hole on the inside between the 2 bars. You need to push a paper clip or something like that in the hole to release the stop and keep pushing as you lift. Once that is done then you can pull the rest out.

Good luck

Electric window only goes down half way

On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Pull back the weather seal. It sounds like the guide rails may be loose and snagging the window. Or your regulator may be broken (not likely)

Need Micro innovations OPM-602 manual.

I got one at a garage sale for a buck. Came here for a solution, but still couldn't get it open. I figured it out by breaking it!. Bad for me, good for you. I pried off the black cover and broke off a little tab. I'll explain how it works. Behind the two buttons there is a silver half oval. When you push down on the end of that half oval that's the farthest away from the mouse wheel, it pushes down on a little tab that is part of the black cover, and lets that tab clear a piece of plastic that it clips under. I broke off that tab by prying it. So, push down hard on the END of that little half oval and at the same time slide the black cover back. The mouse uses two AAA batteries. Good luck. That's the solution. Guaranteed!

Advent PC change DVD Drive

On almost all CD-Roms and DVD-ROMS there is a very, very small pin-hole on the disk drive door located, usually in the middle lower third of the door... but not always. When you find it you will need to do the following:
  1. Take a medium or large sized paper clip and straighten it out so at least two of the clips sections are straight.
  2. Put the straightened wire into the hole and push it gently straight into the hole until you feel some resistance. This is the release mechanism for the drive door and track lock.
  3. You then push firmly and steadily into the release tab until the door and track pop out. It only will pop out about a half an inch or a little less, but it isn't locked any more.
  4. Now you can use your fingers and pull the tray the rest of the way out to retrieve you media
I hope this will resolve your problem, Good Luck

Passenger side manual window stuck half down

Some times if there has been water exposed to the inside track of the window that is built inside the door it can start to rust, or if used incorrectly can warp and get out of line so that is the first place i would look. If you feel ambitious i would take off the door panel then roll the window as far up and down as you can and try some silicon based lubricant. Dont Use WD-40 it evaporates too quickly but unfortanately there is no quick fix for this, its going to take a little time and elbow grease ;)

Probably a broken latch assembly.. UNPLUG UNIT!! Remove inner door panel to access. Also check for broken tabs on onside of console where latch assembly rests.
