Usually caused by improper adjustment of burner tube, or spider webs in tube. Has someone tried moving burner tube since it ran good?

4A Slow Blow Fuse keeps blowing in my Prestige Triangle Tube 110 Solo LP with U125

I just got mine fixed, so can for sure try to help you.

Something on the low voltage side is misbehaving. I can walk you through narrowing it down if necessary, but it's most likely the blower motor.

Here is how you can confirm. Unplug the wiring harness or harnesses at the top of the blower motor. The plastic can be brittle, so be gently. This will remove the blower from the equation. Then, start up the boiler. Did a new fuse blow? If not, it's the blower motor.

If there is a tube attached to the blower intake, remove it. Then stick a screwdriver into the small hole where the air sucks in. Try to rotate the fan. Is it stuck? Does it spin freely? You might be able to free it and get heat for a while, but you will probably need a new blower kit if it's noisy or stuck.

Post back if you need more help.

Back door of icemaker is fozen, cannot be fixed

Unplug your unit and let it sit for 24 hours. It will melt the ice and then you can dump the overflow tray located on the bottom of the unit. You may have to remove the guard in front to access the overflow water tray.

Will not heat we replaced both elements but still no hot water rheem model no.82v522marlene we suspect we had a power surge during last storm because the furnace went out also at the same time

Hi I suspect your thermostat will have also been damaged if you had a surge I always replace thermostats at the same time as the elements
Also check the wiring as sometimes surges can melt the copper core of the wiring, but be careful always turn off the power first before any electrical works!

On Memera fuse box, 30 amp fuse catridge carrier gets very hot, in fact can smell the plastic melting, but why does the 30 amp fuse cartridge (definitely rated as 30 amp) it is carrying NOT blow (240 volt...

OK well at 120 Volts at say 25 Amps (well below blowing potential) that equals 6000 WATTS 6KW, on a near short circuit. going through it...You would melt TOO.
I always use Ceramic ones myself, look they get HOT real HOT, BUT shouldn''t melt.
But in saying that your Electric shower shouldn't draw that much anyway, in reality. it may draw 10A - 15A, at most? more like 5A - 10A,
So i suspect you have a fault to earth somewhere you need to call an electrician. You may just have discovered a very bad fault. Some sort of short or leakage to earth or something?
A shower shouldn't draw anywhere near enough current to cause this type of occurrence. Please disconnect it by tripping the breaker and call a professional. get that melted one changed anyway.

Model RE2424 W-Z (SP) one the 2 remote controllers is not displaying any power lights or 2 digit display. The other unit still works and the heater unit is functioning ok. Would like to get the other...

Disconnect both controllers. Put the one that works ok on the wiring supply to the one that isn't working. If it does not work you have a wiring problem. If it does work then the controller is faulty. This wiring is 12volt low amps by the way. When connecting the wiring can go either way on to the back of the controller. Don't let the two wires touch if the power is on to the heater, this can blow the circuit board on some older models.

I have a Bosch AquaStar 2400ES-NG, Error Code EA appears, I hear ignitor clicking, heater tries to activate 3 times then EA code reappears.

There are three electrodes (connected next to each other by a single piece of metal) that run up into the heat exchanger. They are situated behind the black plastic air intake in the lower half of the unit. Pull out the electrodes and clean them off with steel wool or fine sand paper. Also take the opportunity to blow the dust out of the inside of the unit and clean out the air intake.
