I cant hear anything with my internal mic or with my mic that i plug in for my dell studio 1535. Can someone help me?

I usually check the configuration at Volume control/sound control option(try between mic and line-in, the volume of the mic etc) and then test my mic with the Sound Recorder.

..Never failed me before, so hope it works.

Can't hear any sound from the internet

Some media player plugins have their own volume control, separate from the one in the task bar.

Check the volume settings there.

Volume

follow the below checklist :

Check1 : Is power for speakers on

Check2 : Are speakers connected correctly to laptop (fixcables)

Check3 : nothing on volume control is muted

Check 4 : try to check with other pc or laptop if speakers are working.

If speakers are working with other computer , then all you need to do is instal audio drivers from mother board CD which you get from hardware manufacturer....

If the speaker is not working with other PC

check 5: if all the wires are in good condtion

If yes.. then contact hardware manufacturer

If no.... fix wires correctly ......

Hope this anwwers your problem.... thanks..Robosoft.
