Yes, there are 2 Red RCA jacks on the back. A $10 cable from radion shack, 2 RCA on one end and a 3mm jack on the other.
Cheap way to do it, there is also a device you can buy from Clarion that will do it for about $90 that gives you more control from the radio.

i have had several problems like that. It is probably one of your controllers especially if you have the old oval ones. Go to the back of the stereo and unplug them, then plug one in at a time and isolate the problem to a controller.

red is ignition power, or power when you turn the key on. yellow is all time power. yellow keeps power all the time, this keeps your presets and clock settings saved. black is ground. once you have then hooked up you will be able to figure out your speaker wires by trail and error, they my be green/green black, purple/purple black, white/white black, ect, but these are your speakers. Once you get the power on it should be no problem to figure out the speaker wires.
