-   I switched cell phone services and the new service will not allow me to used my Motorola Razr V3c, which is "locked" with the previous service. My new service provided me with a Nokia 1606. If I removed the sim card from the Nokia and put it in the Razr, would I then be able to use the Razr or do I need to otherwise have it unlocked? -   jprice647
