  • Hi, check out this website: the Laptop for "Gaming" is "Top of the Line" for Toshiba; being a "Student" I figure you have a tight "budget, so I show you this and you can work the "price list down, while keeping the next qualifying Laptop suitable for your needs, by type in the search, (price range, and specifications "gaming, and type for use). "If this helped you out, take the time to rate the help, thanks I hope you find what you looking for! Just click on the "link." http://www.toshibadirect.com/td/b2c/searchResults.jsp?Ntt=Toshiba+Gaming+Laptops&x=11&y=10

Satalite 505d need to recover it how do i do it from the hard drive

Usually Tshibas do not have a recovery partition, rather, a set of recovery discs. You can search for them. Usually cost around £6 so well worth it if you NEED the recovery.

Hope this helps

Hello, I just bought a Toshiba laptop. Then I downloaded this game called World of Tanks, but my laptop cant handle the graphics and details and it gets an avg of 3 fps which really bugs me. But im still...

Laptops in general usually have weaker graphics cards. You don't mention the model of the Toshiba laptop you have, so I can't really tell what graphics chipset is used in your case. If it's an old laptop (i.e. you bought it second-hand) then it's possible that there's not much you can do about it. On the other hand, if it's a relatively modern model (released in the last 2-3 years) it should have enough horse-power to play games, albeit in lower resolutions/details than a desktop graphics card.
Make sure you have the latest graphics driver installed for your model (and Windows version). Again, since you don't mention which model that is, I cannot give you a specific link to get it from. Try Toshiba's website and go from there.
You can find the model name underneath the laptop, usually on a silver sticker near a corner.
Hope that helps!

Most likely the display is failing. You will need to have it replaced. What color are the lines?

MY TOSHIBA LAPTOP SATELTTIE A200 WONT PLAY MY PC GAME I BROUGHT, IT KEEPS SAYING YOUR SYSTEM DOES NOT SUPPORT FULL SCREEN MODE

Hi, it depends what game it is you are trying to play but if it is a recent graphics intensive game you will not be able to play it on your laptop as it will not be up to spec which is why you are receiving that message.

You either need to buy a computer that has a graphics card or buy a games console.

Sorry I don't have any better advice for you except you needing to spend more money!
