Question about Cub Cadet Street Sign- tractor lawn riding mower parts
I am using an cub cadet mower, model #883309. The single lever height aduster is not staying in place. Any bumb in the lawn and it lowers itself. This just started to happen.
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

SOURCE: RIDING LAWN MOWER STUCK IN GEAR
Have someone to rock you while you attempt to move gear shift. Hopefully it is only stuck between gears and will disengage. Your grease in gearbox may have become hard causing problems. If you wash the gearbox with water when hot (after mowing) You may have created moisture in gearbox causing major damage to transmission.

My cub cadet ZTR M60, under the mower in the rear is 2 wires going to the electric clutch my wire fell and the belt cut one of them. I spliced it and it was good to go. Signed:Acorn tractor
