Question about Casablanca Fan Bel Air Halo Brushed Nickel Ceiling
I advice you add more pressure to it, exact more pressure to turn the screw, if you are still unable to unscrew the screws after applying more pressure, then you will need to add little slippery oil on the screws and its sides, slippery oil like engine oil is good for this, leave for some minutes and now try to unscrew the screws, no matter how, you should be able to unscrew the screws now.
After having access to the inner kit itself, look carefully to see how the wiring lay out looks like before decoupling anything, fix back the new parts with exactly the way you removed the faulty parts in the kit and couple back.
Follow all instruction in the manual strictly.
