Check behind handle and see if there ia a dial to move to different settings. mark where it is and remove move about a 1/4 turn this affects hot & cold ratio. if turned to far all you will get is cold.

If you have to remove cartridge shut water off remove ring holding it in, you may be able to screw handle back to it and try pulling forward to get it to release. Some will stick if been in a long time. just be easy with it.

Debris can get into the shower body/cartridge. Pull out the cartridge and flush the shower body and clean out the cartridge. Sometimes you need to replace the cartridge.

Replaced cartridge now only have hot water

You likely took out the anti-scald ring out when you took it apart and then put it in in a different spot preventing the handle from turning far enough. You may also have the cartridge or handle upsidedown.

There are filter screens on the thermostatic cartridge inside this unit. You will need to remove the thermostatic cartridge and clean the filter screens. If cleaning the thermostat cartridge does not resolve the issue you may need to replace the cartridge. I just replaced a cartridge in my hot water shower handle to stop a leaky faucet, now the hot water pressure is less. It seems once cartridge is in place it doesn't have the range of motion it had when it...

you need to go back in and check your work it seems that it has been installed in a lower setting look at the directions, most shower assembly's have energy settings.usually just have to move the stopper to the farthest point to the left (counter clock wise).good luck.

The water doesn't seem to get hot . New cartridge installed . If turn right (Hot direction ) the knob will turn until water gets cold again ???

The cartridge sounds like it was put in 180 degrees out.
Pull it back out, and rotate 180 degrees and re-install & try that.

Done all the things you advise to clear the print heads, it seems to relate to the large back cartridge, ink flow seem ok, sponge pad at base of cartridge moist with ink. All other inks fine on test print....

Yes, the print head is clogged.Try unclogging manually.Open the cover and first remove the ink cartridges. Then open the holder and remove the print head.Run hot tap water and put the print head with the nozzles up to stream water.Hold that 5 mins then turn the print head around
with the nozzles down.Hold that for every color of 5 mins. Then put the print head in hot water with the nozzles down.Left it water about 15 mins and then you must very nice to dry. When the print head dry put it in printer and start cleaning. If this not help you need to replace the print head. It's part number is QY6-0075.

Canon MultiPass F20 - "Wrong Cartridge error msg" - not new but hardly used

Take both cartridges out and then you will see a grey lever in the front of the assembly that holds the two cartridges in it.
If you lift that lever up it will allow you to remove the print head assembly.
Soak that in some hot water, use a straw to help blow out any remaining ink residue in the holes that the ink flows throw and once it is dry again put it back in and see if the error goes away.
I'm just running a head cleaning, nozzle cleaning etc. now but I appear to be back in business.
