Normaly its a driver issue easy thing to do is simply unistall driver for it then turn of pc then turn on and see if that helps (windows should find the driver for it failing that use the cd supplyed to you when you bought it) not got the cd? take out the sound card type what is rittin on it into the google serch ad driver at the end then download and istall that then turn of the computer and reinstall the sound card and turn the pc on hope this helps and please rate this
