Every solution you gave me failed. I had to throw it out and buy a new one. Why are you charging my credit card for nothing. Please stop and refund everything you hace charged em. I cannot afford to pay for bum scoop

Immediately contact your credit card company and request they decline any future charges and to refund the excess charges on your card. (You may even want to request a new card since the vendor has the current card's billing information.) Contact the vendor and tell them that you have filed a protest with the credit card company, they've been notified to deny any future charges, refund the excess charges, and to stop any further shipping/charges.

Why have I been charged 79 pounds for Amazon Prime from my credit card when I did not order it? Please give me a refund.


You can try talking to Amazon and your credit card. Only thing I really know for sure is that Fixya can't help by giving you a refund. We are all volunteers here, answering questions because we like helping people.
If I were to guess at "why", most likely you clicked on something when ordering like, "free 30 day Prime, get free shipping".

If the charge on your statement has a telephone number, call it. If you can use a recorder do that. They will likely try high-pressure techniques and may even refuse to refund the charge but this step is necessary before you call your credit card issuer. They can stop the charge and refund your money. Afterward, file a complaint with your local BBB or on-line with the city of the scammer, if you know it. Do NOT do do nothing. That will result in more charges.
(This is from personal experience. I have been battling these weasels for years and have a phony magazine subscription I am working on now,)

There is a charge on my credit card statement which shows that i purchased something from Amazon Prime on the December 1st 2014 and have been charged £79.00 for but i do not remember buying...


Sounds like they gave you a subscription charge, which is usually the case. The best action you can take is to cancel Amazon Prime and it is possible to get a full refund. Hopefully this helps.

Please ... please remove this !!!! as you're sharing your credit card info with the world ! and some crook(s) may use it to buy stuff on line and charge to your credit card.

If you don't know how to remove this post and your credit card in, please call your credit card company to put a halt / stop to any charges being made to the credit card

I signed up for this program on line. I gave them my debit card number april 19th. I was charged the 39.99 fee. I cancelled within 24 hours after being told that I did not qualify due to Chapter 13 still...


I work for SiteNet Host. Its very rare but we refund customers if there is a problem. I would depute it with you payment service, PayPal or Bank Credit Card.

Hi, I was speaking with Jay to get help to solve my HPScanjet G4050 problem. He asked me to download a program called Crossloop so that he could access my computer and help me with the problem. After downloading the program, I lost him. I would like a refund of the $14.95 (or $14.99, I'm not sure which) back to my credit card. My email address is MaryMThomas.
