Question about SanDisk Sansa m250 MP3 Player
Hi I have Sansa m250 mp3 player. When I turn it on, all it does is initializes and then goes to Sansa screen and stays there and nothing else happens. I thought plugging to the computer might reset it but nothing seems to work. What else can I try to remedy the problem. Is there a reset pattern like pressing 2 buttons simultaneously?
Okay...when your portable device manager comes up, go to the top and click on "tools" go down to "format media". it will ask if you are sure. click "okay". it will delete everything and you'll have to put everything back on. but it works.
