Check IP settings on computer. If you are using router with DHCP support, I would suggest using that and avoid using any static IP addressing. Remove any IP addresses that have been manually set up on your PC, and let the router provide an IP address. If this seems to go "over your head", then please provide more information as to your setup and equipment, and I can elaborate on how an effective fix can be applied.
