Try this... Click Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services -> Double-click The Printer Spooler service and the change the startup type to Automatic. After that restart your
computer and see what happen.

1. Power off the printer
2. After re-boot: click start, control panel, printers & faxes and delete the printer.
3. Re-install the printer with the original driver disc.
There are many suggested solutions to spool problems but try this first. If this does not work we'll go to the other solutions.
