i had the same problem.
did a lil searching and got it from here.
downloaded and works good ;]

WENT TO VIVITAR WEB SITE BUT NOTHING FOR VIVICAM 3350. GOES FROM VIVICAM 3345 TO VIVICAM 3615

lost the driver cd and i am not able to install the driver into my computer. I am having XP-SP2 installed.
