Question about Toro Lawn Mower With Toro Power Tools
Check the oil ... does it have oil in it?
Disconnect the spark plug, tip the mower up, can you move the blade? If the blade will not move, the motor may be seized.
No oil = ruined motor ...
If the blade will move freely, there is a recoil starter problem.

Testimonial: "Great! You were right on target. All the oil was gone and the engine seized, they got it started for us but it EXPLODED on us the next time we used it. Brand new mower and we DID put oil in it. Go figure."
