Question about Toshiba Satellite A100-S8111TD Notebook
Turn off your computer. Once at the bios screen tap f8. This will take you into the advanced startup menu. Select Safe mode with networking. Once you have loaded up, go on the internet and download MalwareBytes AntiMalware. Install it and then update it. Launch the program and select a full scan for malware. Once it has finished, press remove all infections. You will have to restart the computer for some infections. Then, start windows normally and download your favorite antivirus. I like Avira and Avast, but you can choose your own. Only install one antivirus at a time. Then scan your computer with the new antivirus. I also recomend you defragment the computer. Good luck.

Unfortunately, im not sure a trustable, free antivirus program even exists. 99/100 times its a trojan or spyware itself. i personally use avast! and it works the best out of all other programs i use so far. if you want anymore information about avast you can email me at email@example.com or google Avast!
