Thank you for posting your question here on Fixya.com.

Assuming you have a standard white, black red, green cordset, green to ground, white to common, red to high and black to low. If the speeds are ‘reversed’, interchange the red and black leads. You likely have an AOSmith motor which will be labeled 1, 2, ¾ on the terminal board. 1 is common, 2 is high and ¾ is low.

I replaced my circulation pump on my hot tub and now all I get is a clicking sound when I power up the tub

It sounds like it was wired incorrectly, check your connection coming into the pump. It also may have a selection for 110 or 220 power that has to be ajusted.

My hot tub is not coming on at all and is giving me a Pr code. What can I do?

please follow this steps and fix it. God bless you
If the unit won't start, make sure power is on at the electrical panel or the electrical panel . Then test the pump and the motor. Check for and repair broken wires or loose or corroded terminals. If necessary, have the pump switch control tested and serviced professionally.
If the jets do not work, clear a blocked water intake of hair and other particles (see below) or replace a broken jet (see below).
If the water in your spa or hot tub is too hot or too cold, check to see if the high-limit reset switch has been tripped and, if needed, reset it. Adjust the thermostat setting and have the thermostat serviced if the problem persists. If necessary, test and replace a faulty heating elements

Trying to connect a Tork A530 MW timer to a spa tub pump

  1. The white wire (neutral) in your feed cable from the electric panel should be connected to the white (neutral) wire going to the pump.
  2. This switch is wired in 'series' in the hot (black wire) leg. That means one black timer wire connects to the black wire in the feed cable from your electric panel and the other black timer wire connects to the black wire that goes out to the pump.
  3. I the diagram the switch is your timer and the light bulb is the pump. The switch is in series with the pump.

Bought hot tub used need to know what size supply wiring and breaker I need

Check your heater/pump/lights/accessories. These should all have electrical ratings. Your supply wire should be large enough to carry the combined amperage of everything running together. I personally would separate each system in the breaker box, 1 for pump, 1 for heater, 1 for accessories.

Wiring diagram for ff32atc control box

If your hot tub has been submersed by water then you are going to need all new controls for it.
NEW control box with a new topside, New motor and whatever else is electrical under the skirt of the tub.
Start your search by getting the brand name and model number off each item.

Qca hot tub pump not turning on

if the pump is a 240volt maybe a blown fuse. If you turn the tub on and hear the pump make a low hum it prob. is a bad pump remove and replace. you really need a multimeter to check to c if your getting power to pump. if you send me a email i could walk you through testing the pump and control box.
