Try a hard reset first. (menu and on/off button together for 5sec) if it boots again, but then doesn't repspond touch sensor screen needs replacement. Take it to the apple store and
see if they'll give you a replacement. If they don't there are third
party iPhone Repair Services that can fix it for you. There are also free iPhone Repair guide that show you how to fix it yourself.
