Question about Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000 Webcam
I HAVE INSTALLED THE QUICKCAM PRO4000.
THE PROBLEM IS PEOPLE I'M TALKING TO ON THE OTHER END ARE GETTING A FEEDBACK ON THEIR SPEAKERS.
I HAVE TRIED UNPLUGGING MY SPEAKERS, BUT THIS DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
YOUR HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.
Is there any way to turn off the mike while using the pro 4000 camera so i can use the camer without sound ?

Feedback is caused by a loop between the microphone and speakers. You can try to turn your volume down. If not then tell the other person to move their mic away from their speakers

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
