Question about Uniden Bearcat Pro PC68XL 40-Channels Base CB Radio

Microphone cord pulled out

Need to know where the microphone wires go,i can only tell which pin the black one goes.

If you know the model of your radio, this would help.....?

failing that just touch them on pins until it works, belive me if its just a straight chicken box you should be fine.....

Darn, OK.
First, check with a multimeter and find which pins give you around 200 Ohms.
Next, touch one tip to the chassis and find the GROUN pin on the cable (lowest resistance)
The GROUND goes to pin 1 on XLR
The other two go to pins 2 and 3.
Sorry I can't tell you which goes to which (phase), but you can check
putting it next to another one and seeing if they sum or cancel.
If cancel, invert them two...

Wire Colour coding for Behringer C1 Microphone

It is likely that the brown goes to pin 1 (ground/shield phantom -) as well as the black.

Red is likely to go to pin 2 (across from 1)(signal +)
and the orange to pin 3 (signal -)

Hi Pin 1 earth, Pin 2 hot (red), Pin 3 Cold (black). If its going to a jack plug, then can connect 1 and 3 together to earth and 2 goes to tip.

Red: pin 2
Black: Pin 3

All others: not connected.

No problem! 2=RED 3=Black 1=White The wire without a color is ground. It can be soldered to pin 1 if necessary. Hope this helps.
