Question about Lexmark All-in-One Printer with PictBridge
Hi! You may need to reset the printer, please try this. Unplug the printer from power source and press hold the power button for 10secs. while unplugged. Plug the printer again to power source and turn it on, this would reset the printer's system and can get your machine back to working. Hope this helps and have a good one!

The paper not feeding in the strait way ..is just a matter from the rolers that drive it ..so ..you have to open the printer and check the rollers..not to be blocked..or out of track ..or some springs that have for tension not to be out of place ...the issue is difference in traction of one side from the other ..and automatically drive the paper in diagonal and jam it ..Also clean them well so it do not have any paper left from other jams.. and try to see one by one if they move well...also If in a side the rollers seam not equal positioned it is an issue ...and see if it has guidance screws to make distances even ..it may be one damaged and that's why it drive it in a side....In final there is nothing else that can be wrong but either the rollers..or the top that press the paper down ..may be not leveled and it retain paper in one side..and that's what cause it to follow a diagonal way ...and of course..the slightest deviance cause the block...
when you remove the paper always keep the start button pressed for to reset the job and get it out..
It may be nothing wrong ..but just open it ,and chack them and put it back with care ..and be gentle but ferm when you click or place anything in place ...and reset it after you put it back ..just to hear it working without dragging paper....this will align it like it should ...
For most printers the reset its made by power off..and power it up again and keep the button pressed for 10 seconds ..you should hear it working from side to side ,,and rolling ....
