This noise is due to a shorted component in the card, most likely an output transistor

You need a pop filter while recording. There are different reasons why a "pop" would get recorded in the signal. Either because of the harsh P's and T's while singing or rapping like "Business", "Pain", "Property", etc. or it could be jitter problem due to an unstable clock. Mostly you would recognize these ones cause they don't sound like the pops coming out o a persons mouth. They're more like clicks. Your problem, from what I understand is due to the former reason. That's why you will need a pop filter.

The monitor screen flashes on and off. It gets worse after being on for a while. A box pops up saying no signal.

Usually due to a faulty connection between the computer and the monitor.
  • Remove the wire that connects the computer to the monitor
  • Look at the pins on both ends.
  • If there's any bent, change the wire.

1. check your user manual for clicks/pops.
this could be due to devices connected to the Edirol UA-25 or a television or microwave.
2. this also could be due to the setting in Windows Energy saving settings.
that is the Windows "sleep mode" and power saving mode.
3. this could also be due to the USB cable.
4. you may need an external filter device for the process you are using.
5. read your manual on Troubleshooting Noise ( clicks and pops).

Car doesnt want to start. all lights come on when in the on position however when I turn it to start nothing happens it dont even try to turn over it just clicks 2002 hyundai xg350

The starting system consists of:
  • starter motor
  • starter switch, part of the ignition switch
  • starter motor solenoid relay switch
  • starter solenoid
  • starter drive
When you turn your key to start your engine, it just clicks, right? If so, more than likely this is due to a bad battery. Even though your battery may appear to be fully charged, it may have a dead cell, or worse. If you get a jump, does the vehicle start? If so, replace your battery.

Possible sources of the problem if the engine does not crank or the relay clicks:
  1. Battery
  2. Starter motor
  3. Starter motor relay
  4. Ignition switch
  5. Damaged fuse
  6. Anti-theft system
  7. Circuitry

1989 Nissan Pathfinder Clicks but won't start.

It sounds like a bad connection somewhere, due to a loose or corroded connection. This would explain it gradually getting worse. Check your battery cable connections. Make sure they are clean and tight. Also connections at starter. So, check those connections, let me know what you find. If that isn't it, I'll try to help further.

Denon DRW-585 dual-cassette deck makes clicking sound

There is an outside chance your tape cassett has a static charge. Tape in plastic case of cassette can build up significant electrical static which can partially discharge as tape is run. It can sound like random thumps, ticks, pops ect. Wrap cassette in a damp (not dripping wet) cloth, for several hours, then try again. This can also happen to the reels and drive rollers of the deck
