Question about Proscan PS27108 TV
The problem is usually with Comcast connection. Pixelation and bad or freezing picure are caused by bad cable signal.
All you can do as user is replacing the coax cable from the wall box or splitter. If you use a Comcast receiver box, also replace the video cable from box to TV, and eventually test the box on a different video connection.
If that does not fix the problem you will need to contact Comcast, as the fault is usually with cable lines or box(when present), and definitively it is not caused by a fault on your TV.
