Getting error message when using sim 1 'CHECK OPERATOR SERVICE'

My N99+Dual card Quad band Round Screen slide watch cell phone wont allow incoming or outgoing calls or texts on sim 1 (vodaphone in cyprus).the message reads check operator services. The sim 2 is fine using network mtn but sim 1 is vodaphone (cyprus) is not working now. It was working but some off my settings were changed in error and cant figure out what I changed that would cause this problem. The operator voice mail kicks in as soon as people get through to that number as though my phone is out of service Can you help fix my problem please as it shows both networks on the screen as though everything ok but its not help!!! SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: i68+ phone is not allowed me to make calls or receive calls.

hey,i just got mine yesterday and i experience the same thing but i figured out how to do it on my own.im a fourteen year old and was surprised that i got it but heres how you get it to work...

first, go to settings and hit dual sim settings.

second, theres gonna be four options theres:dual SIM open, only SIM1 open, only SIM 2 open,or flight mode.depending on what slot you put your sim card in thats the one youll choose,i put mine in the first slot so i hit only SIM1 open.\

next, you take the back off of your phone and double check that your sim card is in the correct slot.

then, put the back of your phone back on and turn your phone on.

finally, when it turns on your network should come up the the top where it used to say insert SIM1 or insert SIM2, and i have at&t so when i turned mine on single showed up at the top right under the little symbols at the top.

i hope this helped.

if not,i apologize lol

have a nice day(:

Hey I have a problem, my chineese iphone 4- when i try to call it makes a message: " not allowed do dial" and I can't change my prefferred mode from WLAN only to GSM only.. how to fix it?...

Not Allowed to Dial Error Message on a SciPhone i68 4Gsciphone-i68-4g.pngI recently purchased a SciPhone 4G with a dual sim card phone. I was very happy with this phone. I had no problems until one day I couldn't call out. I kept getting a not allowed to dial message every time I tried to call anyone.
I could still receive calls and send and receive texts but I couldn't call out. After quite a bit of research on the internet I came up with a solution. None of the solutions available had all the information I needed I just kept trying different combinations until it worked.
Here is the step by step solution I used to remove the "not allowed to dial" message and allow me to dial out again.
  1. turn off the phone
  2. place 2 sims on the phone
  3. restart the phone
  4. keep the WLAN disabled
  5. enter the engineering mode * # 82043036 #
  6. select the option RF Test Tool (on my phone it's option 13)
  7. Select GSM, to accept him
  8. go to Power scan
  9. go to Band Select and select OK DCS1800
  10. another screen will appear (model F003) look at each of the options until you find one that will have your phone appear unresponsive (this locked)
  11. pressing the main button (the box) will take you to the home screen
  12. go to the setup menu
  13. go to network settings menu SIM1
  14. this is a preferred mode
  15. select one of the preferred modes GSM or WILAN
  16. restart the phone and you should be ready to make calls
sciphone-i68-4g.jpgYou just enter the code/s into the phone number area in the dial section and the phone will recognize it and enter into the proper mode.
I still love this phone. It has built in WIFI so I can surf the internet with out having to have a data plan from my service provider. I use T-Mobile.
Here are the particulars on my SciPhone:
Mode: i68 Quad Band Phone
Specifications:
  • Dual SIM
  • Dual Standby
  • WiFi
  • Bluetooth

I want to use a different sim but my phone coral 655 is asking me to enter the NP code. Will you be able to help me out?

I had the same problem and when I contacted my service providers they advised me that the phone is a dual band meaning that it can work on tow different bandwidths but not two different network. you will have to get a quad band to use another sim card in it. even though it says duual band it can only operate on the network from which you purchased it.

Make sure its not a 3G sim card. The phone doesn't work with 3G sim cards. Try a diff non 3G sim card and see if that works.
