First is to navigate to the settings menu and change the unit from "file & folder" to "media manager".
Connect the player to your PC via USB cable.

The player will look for a media manager capable application (BBDMS, WMP10 or 11, Rhapsody, Media Monkey, etc).

Once connected with the media manager software, you will need to make sure the device is authorized with the software and then re-acquire the licenses.

Different software have different processes for athorization of devices and licensure of songs, so I can't be of any more help unless I know what software you're running and what OS on your computer you are using.

Good luck!

My sansa clip wont play the songs it says synchronize with music subscription why

If your device can play some songs before, then it appears "...subscription..." meaning that Songs are protected or expired. You used Rhapsody to sync songs before? If so, trial expired or after 30 days the songs expired. Therefore, you need connect your device to Rhapsody do subscription.
Good luck

You have to synchronize your Sansa to a computer that has a current subscription to Rhapsody, and you have to sync the Sansa to that same computer at least once every 30 days, or the Rhapsody songs will stop working. Use a different music service that is free, or convert all of the songs to Mp3 format to get around the problem. If you get a subscription to another music svc, then you must maintain a current subscription with whatever new svc you choose as well.

RCA Lyra RD2763 5 GB MP3 player

You have to subscribe to be able to play any tracks downloaded from URGE or REAL or anyplace like that. Once the trial is up you have to pay to be able to hear them. I found out after spending days filling my player full of music. I ended up deleting all and transferring tracks from CD's or actually paying to download tracks.
