take battery out with the phone STILL on, take sim card out, reconnect the battery, turn the phone ON without the sim card in, let the phone update a few minutes, then take battery OFF again (dont bother turning off), reinsert sim, and then battery, and your phone should reregister on the network with GPRS.

How do I reset the instrument pane,l all the warning lights on it are on how can i reset it ?

{: ) You can try these: Turn ignition on. Let it complete the power on self test. Then turn it off for 30 sec. Then turn on ignition.
If still the same, turn off ignition for 60 sec. Then turn it on again.

If still the same, turn ignition off, remove the negative battery cable for 2minutes, be sure all modules are completely connected to the system before reconnecting the cable.
Reconnect again the cable and repeat procedures from the top. Cross your fingers. : )
If No Luck, you will need a scan tool for better diagnostics. goodluck!

Wont let me exit or do anything

if this just happened, the phone would have lock up. what you can do then is remove the battery to turn it off, then press the power on switch/button for about 5 secs, reconnect the battery and switch it on again.

My phone keeps turning its self off, any one else had this problem??

If the Samsung phone fairly often turns off unexpectedly, check to see how much energy the battery has. If the battery is depleted, recharge it and pay attention to how long the phone works before it needs to be charged again. If the battery is depleted before more than an hour of talk time is used, you may need to purchase a new battery

Sounds like the battery is dead. If you have a multimeter test the voltage on the battery.
