Depends . either the video card or motherboard see if the blue video connector is at the top or twords the bottom of the case and that will tell you if it's a card or integrated on the board.

That's a possibility, but have you tried checking that everything is connected behind the stack? I wouldn't go into major surgery on your computer until you rule out all the simple ideas. It could just be the monitor too.
