Dear lambrini

The image you are trying to view is very big. Please reduce the size of the image. (Dimensions width and height)

Also another possibilty is that actual size of the image is too big. for example an uncompressed BMP image can easily be 2,3,5 Mbytes in size (if this is the case please compress to JPEG,or GIF format first)

Phones have limitations to the above two things and cannot handle very difficult tasks.

Regards

TIP: If you want to use this image as a desktop for your phone resize at only 128x 160 pixels, (or 28 x 35 mm) which is your screen resolution.
The phone is capable to squize larger pictures automatically to this size but the speed of the phone may be affected as it has to do that continously.

Getting music to my LG KC910 Renoir phone!!!

The easiest way to do this is to use the SD card that you have in your mobile and use as extra memory and backup. Just remove it from your mobile insert it in the large adaptor, insert it into your laptop or PC card reader, and just drag and drop all the music files that you want, simple as that. Remember to choose the correct format and remember which folder you drag and drop to on the card so that you know where to get them when you put it back into your mobile. One last thing, which ever device you use either laptop or PC must have the music files on it for you to drag and drop. Simples!!

Can't download photo's onto computer

Are you connecting your phone as a Mass Storage Device?

  1. From the home screen, attach one end of the Motorola Original Enhanced USB cable to your phone and the other end to a USB port on your computer.
  2. On your phone, press Yes to use the phone as a portable USB storage device.
Note: When connected as a storage device the phone cannot perform regular phone activities. Disconnect to resume normal operation.
  3. On the PC, open the My Computer window and find where your phone displays as a Mass Storage icon.
Double click the Mass Storage Device icon.
  4. Drag and drop files between your computer and phone.
  5. When finished, remove the phone safely from your computer. Right click the "Safely Remove Hardware"
icon at the bottom of your computer screen, then select "USB Mass Storage Device" and click Stop.
  6. Select USB Mass Storage Device and click OK.
Now it is safe to disconnect the cable. When the cable is disconnected, the phone restarts

Unable to download photos from motorola w375

You do not need a driver to transfer photos to/from your phone by USB, but you DO need the driver to charge by USB.

Get the driver from www.motorola.com

To connect via USB to transfer files, make sure the phone is idle with the home screen showing, then connect directly to your computer (do not use a hub). It might take a short while for the phone to connect. You will see a message on the phone's screen asking if you want to connect external storage, press yes & wait again. Eventually the phone's screen will go white with black text telling you you cannot not the phone for anything else while you are connected to the computer. When you see this message, click on MY COMPUTER on your computer & you will see, along with your C drive & any other drives you have installed a device called MS DEVICE. Click on this and you're into your phone & there are 2 folders, one for pictures & one for audio. You can also drag & drop small mp3 files into the audio folder and use them as ringtones. You will need to make these files short, mono & low quality (40kbps is about best) in order to store them on this phone, which has a tiny memory & no slot to add a card to increase it.

If you get the driver (which you only need for USB charging, nothing else) then when you connect & the phone asks if you want to use external storage and you click "no" the phone will start to charge via the USB. This can sometimes take longer than using the regular mains power supply & only works when the computer is switched on.
