How do I get remove nail stuck between the driver and barrel on a FR350A

Sometimes cannot be done. Best chance to remove a stuck nail is to do following. Remove the head and pull out the cylinder leaving only the body with the stuck driver. Place the body on piece of hard plywood on a concrete floor. Make sure that the body is making full contact on the plywood. I use an old driver from framing nailer and a large copper or brass hammer (I have a 5 lb brass hammer). insert the old driver into the nose of the gun with the concave part of the driver toward the side where the nail is stuck. This will allow the stuck driver to move down and not jam the driven driver. Spray wd40 or similar followed by a spray of carb cleaner and let soak in. The carb cleaner will help the oil go deeper into the jam. Hold the old driver with a pair of vicegrips and while making sure the body stays square to the plywood, give it a solid blow. If no movement after couple of hits, lube again and wait few minutes. Make sure that you are on solid floor because this will not work on a bench. If hammer blows do not move the driver carefully apply heat to area of nose where the nail is stuck with turbo torch or similar. I do not like to apply heat unless last resort. Good luck

Need assembly / disassembly instructions for this machine, Body Solid Power Rack with Lat

We have a weight machine similar to this . Start the disassembly from the top down. Most of the bolts are the same. You may want to mark each spot where the bolt and nut goes. This just takes time.

I need to move my body solid G4I to another room, What is the best what to disassemble and move it ?

If you have top clearance you can find 1/2' conduit pipe (elec.) cut 4' you need three. Put on floor in front of piece lift just enough to place pipe1 under as far as you can to take weight and roll on -place next pipe and so on. Be careful of you fingers! You can steer it if you get good at it.
GOOD LUCK BRUCE

I was in a flood need to rebuild butterfly 3/8 air tool

Takes notes and pictures as this can be helpful. Most impacts will return to operating condition with a simple cleaning and lubrication.

1. Remove the body screws and disassemble the unit.
2. Clean all parts with ATF and a scrub brush where needed.
3. Reassemble the unit and test.

There are no complicated parts in this unit. The center "armature" of the unit is comprised of a solid cylinder with slots and fiber wind vanes. One side of the vanes is rounded and the other (outer) is flat. If you are having problems with it rotating this is more than likely where the cause will be found.

No reverse movement after valve body was removed and cleaned

Stupid question here, but did you put the valve body in backwards or upside down? Ensure all the connectors, lines are good....outside of that how about the gear selector? I have done alot of tranny work myself, but some of these things are common mishaps that I have done myself. Good luck to you and let us know what you come up with. Thanks for using Fixya!

Sincerely,

How do I create a home gym?

Figure Out Where the Home Gym Will Go The first step to creating a home gym is to figure out where it will be placed within the home. If you have a separate room which you can set aside as your workout location, this is ideal. However, for those who have limited space within the home, it is completely possible to create a home gym in a room which is used for other purposes as well. Take a good look around the home and determine which area would be most suitable for your home gym location. Determine How Much Space Is Available When creating a home gym you also want to determine how much space you will have available. Doing so in the beginning will help you to decide what type of workout equipment you want to buy for your home gym. Before making any equipment purchases, take down some measurements of the available space as this will prove helpful when shopping for workout products. Peruse Different Types of Gym Equipment Some individuals will know exactly what types of gym equipment they want to buy for their home gym whereas others may need to peruse the options before deciding on particular types thereof. Try searching various equipment options online and in fitness magazines to see which ones peak your interest. Also, if you are interested in working out specific portions of the body try searching for equipment which will work out those areas in particular. Shop for the Home Gym Equipment and Furnishings Once you have a good idea as to what type of home gym equipment and furnishings you wish to buy, the next step is to make the desired purchases. Buying items at sporting good stores and fitness retailers will often provide one with the most options. Try visiting your local sporting good stores so that you can view the equipment in person and even try it out. Later, if you figure out what brand equipment you want and have tested it out in the stores, look online for the items as these may yield the best prices. However, just be sure that the online retailers ship for free as these products are often quite heavy which can make for extremely expensive shipping costs. In addition to the fitness equipment, you may also want certain furnishings in your home gym. Items such as a chair, towel rack and even a television for viewing while working out may be good purchases. Consider what extra niceties might fit perfectly within your new home gym and check out options with regard to those as well. Time to Set up the Home Gym Once everything has been decided upon, purchased and received, the final step is to set up your new home gym. Prior to setting the equipment up you should already know where everything is going to go as it will be difficult to move things around too often due to the weight of a lot of exercise equipment pieces. Since most equipment will need to be assembled, try to do so in the home gym room as this will make for an easier time getting everything set up and ready to go. Once you have it all set up, you are ready to get started working out in the convenience of your own home. Need help paying for your home gym? Efficiency of home gym

If you mean will it work, yes it's the same as any other workout routine. If you stick to it you'll see results, if you don't stick to it you won't.
