this means the board is damaged you will need to find a cell phone repair place that can do board repairs otherwise the phone will need to be replaced

Hi, my name is jeff and I work for a used cell phone and repair store in Sioux Falls South Dakota called THE CELL PHONE GUY. what could be going on is that your charge port is broken or loose. there are about 4-8 prongs that are solderd on to your board, those will come lose or break from dropping the phone, hagining your phone on your charger, or just normal wear and tear of putting your charger in and taking it out. you would have to re solder a new charge port on there to fix that. luckily my company THE CELL PHONE GUY are highly trained in charge ports we have done over 2000 charge port repairs with 2 coming back on warranty, if you want us to fix it give us a call! 605 335 0411

You have tried to charge in different ways and still the phon is not responding becuase of some problem in charge pin in the mobile.Contact your nearest vendor they ll change the pin for you and the mobile will get the input(charge flow)

Not easily. If you have insurance, file a claim to get a new one. The deductible is only $50. Fixing would require solder and quite a bit of other procedures. It would be best to not mess with it.

The charging port could be bad. Try plugging the charger slowly and try wiggling it. If it wiggles, then you have a loose power jack and you need to contact the manufacturer to fix it for you.

You may also try using another power charger that has the same voltage output.

To tell whats happening inside your phone is the small microphone got mess up inside and should be repair by a technician. Get your phone to the nearest cellphone repair center in your place and they will open your phone and do some dismantling and fix the problem.

You could locate another specifically for charging the battery in this one, but the best bet is to see your carrier about insurance (physical damage) if you have it or warranty replacement (no physical/liquid damage). Sometimes the manufacturer can offer warranty repair services as well.
