right side above the rear wheel well -you have to remove the panel which has fasteners everywhere and a few screws under the carpet-might have to get a special antenna adapter too- ford premium stereos are weird like that-good luck
You don't list the brand, but you can buy replacement knobs for many brands from http://www.pacparts.com/. Note that while the parts are very reasonably priced, you may end up paying $12 shipping for a $1 knob. If it doesn't have to be a matching knob, you may be able to find one that will fit on a radio at a yard sale or junk yard. Another possibility is to try Radio Shack. http://www.radioshack.com/search/index.jsp?kwCatId=&kw=knob&origkw=knob&sr=1
I've had to remove many damaged lock cylinders, and the best way is to drill it out. if you can dig out most of the pins with the drill bit and maybe a screwdriver, you should be able to turn it to push in the lock pin and remove, or drill through to where the lock pin goes and pull it out from the inside. DO NOT drill too far, though, or else you may have to replace a lot more than you want to. Hope this helps.
