First, you must check the entry of the power supply to the computer
> Check whether the socket connector power of plaque control on your computer is fully functional.
> Check or troubleshooting on your computer power supply box with the other power supply box is fully functional.
If still not working.
> Remove the connection button on / off (SW) on the main panel on the motherboard, then try to turn on your computer by touching the positive and negative pins using tespen, (intended to determine whether button on / off function)
If your computer is successfully turned on by touching the pins of the above, this means that the button on / off your problems, but if not, This forces you to work more detailed troubleshooting,To do this process, you need a motherboard, as almost 100% the problem comes from your computer's motherboard.
(Make sure the motherboard you use to do this process is supported by all hardware on your computer, especially processor, ram, display card (if any), and others)
If you have enough equipment, you can run the process of troubleshooting on your computer and problems will be solved.
I see in terms of the problems you encounter, and if done the detailed troubleshooting the problem most likely your motherboard.
