My bb 9700 is stuck on the loading screen anybody kno how to fix it

If your phone is stuck on the loading screen , you have to take it in to the main store . Like if your phone is Revol you have to take it to the Head revol , or if its T-Moible you would have to do the same . At the store they open the back of your phone and I guess they press something back there and it works ! It worked for my phone when I brung it in .
