If you have problems with your stroller, Call baby trend they will send you new parts, or even get a new stroller. You could take it back to the store first to get the store associates to help you, I know places like toys r us helps assemble strollers.

Adjust belt drive rear wheel

Raise the rear wheel safely (with a motorcycle stand of some type) Loosen the rear axel (27mm wrench works good) Adjust the tensioner bolts at the back of the swing arm(both sides) evenly until the belt is within specs. Turn the wheel forward and check to make sure the belt is spaced evenly between the sides of the rear pulley. Tighten the axel. Double check the belt tension with the wheel back on the ground.

When pushing my quinny the back wheel starts to come of byitself

Hi Lisa - It could be that if there is dirt and debris on the wheel axel or inside the connection it would prevent the wheel clicking in properly. Remove both back wheels and give a wash in warm soapy water then dry thoroughly before putting back into place. Does the same side wheel fall off even if you swap the back wheels over? If this is the case it would indicate a chassis problem rather than a wheel problem. If it is the same wheel that always falls off it would suggest a wheel problem. How do I attach the net bag to buzz 4?

Good Afternoon

Remove the front wheel by using the buttons either side of the front wheel unit and sliding it out of the chassis. Fit the front of the shopping basket on and now attach the back of the basket around the rear wheel axel using the velcro tabs.

I need a new back wheel and can't find any information on website about where to get one.

I have the same problem Wendjg. Only place I could find in the UK to supply was www.pramsnthings.com. I am buying the axle only (cheaper than the wheel), if you want I can post again when the item's delivered and let you know if they're any good.

To remove the wheel, there is a small silver ball on each side of the wheel assembly. This part is located on the part of the stroller where the wheels assemble and the frame of the stroller meet. Push in on this silver ball and pull the wheel assembly off. Sometimes you may need to use a ball point pin to push that ball in so you can get it in far enough. Once you have the old assembly off, the new on will simply snap into the same place.
Let me know if this isn't what you needed!

I had the same problem.  What worked for me and they don't tell you in the instructions is that when you have slid the mud guards on and into place, you have to push the bottom of the mud guard (the bit nearest to the floor) in from the out side till it clicks!  then the wheels went on and locked.
