SOURCE: Senco finishpro 15.....It worked intermitedly

When you took it apart did you notice any worn or cut orings? second when reassembling did you lubricate the orings with a light grease? The puff of air might indicate the firing valve in the cap is sticking or possibly you pinched an oring upon reassembly (I have done it also) I would take it apart like before paying close attention to the condition of all the rubber parts. It would probably be to your benefit to purchase an oring kit and just completely redo the insides. They are not that expensive and then you know everything is fine. Also look at cylinder to ensure it is not cracked or out of round and condition of bumper and driver seal in the bottom of tool. Good luck

SOURCE: Senco air compressor pumps up..when

That is the safety relief valve which means it has gone bad or you need to turn back the high pressure setting about 5 t0 10 psi. When this happens again there should be a small pin in the middle of it that has a metal ring through it. When it goes off push on that pin and if the air coming out stops or shuts off then you need to turn back the psi if not the valve needs replaced.

Air compresor Craftsman 921.153101 it spound like is one but it wont run at all. It sounds like the motor is stuck

if its belt driven ,unplug it(safety first)remove the belt and try to turn the pump by hand.if the pump turn plug it back without the belt. and try it .if the motor doesnt run.check the contacts on your pressure switch.if they are ok and try again.if not you need a new motor.if the motor ,the pressure switch contacts, and the pump are fine.put the belt back back on bleed your tank to zero with an air gun and try to run it.if it work well till it cuts of check if your bleeder release might have pressure stuck in your pump.the compressor needs to release pressure for a soft start.hope this help!

Air come out the back and doesnt shoot nail was working fine

You have out of worn or broken o-rings inside the gun. Your best course of action is to rebuilt the gun. This is a fairly easy task and when you're done you'll have a gun as good as a new one. You need Senco's repair kit #YK0360, available at several online parts stores. When you disassemble the gun, replace the o-rings (use all of them) and seals one at a time so you get them back in their proper place and use the lube in the kit liberally. Remember to oil your gun before each use, twice a day if you are using the gun all day long and your o-rings will last a lot longer.

Compressor runs until overload release valve opens (pressure at 130 psi) and then air escapes until pressure lowers to 100 psi..Then motor begins to restart, but will not , due to 100 psi and kicks breaker...

There is a check valve between the compressor and tank, and there is also an 'unloader valve' which blows the pressure off the compressor so that it starts under little load. I think your check valve is stuck open and the unloader valve is blowing tank pressure off.. and when the compressor tries to start it's starting against the pressure in the tank.

So check/replace/thaw the check valve and you'll be good to go. It's generally at the tank where the line from the compressor head goes into the tank, it'll be between the two somewhere.

Second time compressor tries to fill tank blows braker

The compressor pobably has a faulty unloader valve which bleeds the pressure off that is left in the cylinder when the compressor turns off . The unloader valve allows the compressor to start the next on cycle with the cylinder empty. Trying to start the compressor with the cylinder under pressure causes too much current draw and trip the circuit breaker.

Wont air up tank pressure. motor runs & tank pressures to about 25lbs

below the pressure switch is a unloader valve which has a tendency to leak, undo that line and block it off, if this works you probabaly can leave it blocked off.
