Reset and Restore iPhone to Original Default Factory Settings with Recovery Mode iPhone display freezing? iPhone doesn’t detect by or appear in iTunes? iPhone cannot sync with iTunes on PC or Mac? Cannot make or receive calls, send or receive text messages, or access email or the web? Or worse, iPhone simply won’t turn on and does not respond to tap or button press? Well, your SIM card must be compatible to your iphone carrier. From what I understand, so far only AT&T is able to give out SIMs for iPhones; however, that may have changed to the addition of another carrier (perhaps Verizon, or so I hear) If you have the correct SIM card, then I would suggest that you go to your nearest wireless store and ask for one that may help your situation. Otherwise, if you don't want to do that then just unlock your phone :) There are videos on youtube that you can look at, programs that you have to download and what not, but it's doable.... or you can take it to a side stand wireless and have them unlock it for you :)
